Since 2002, I have been a leading San Francisco Real Estate Agent. With hundreds of past transactions — and with vast experience in Bernal Heights as an agent and homeowner — I am a well-regarded Realtor and an industry innovator, having created one of the first real estate blogs, SFhotlist.com.
My career trajectory can be attributed to not only to my passion for real estate, but also to my intuition regarding the psychology of buying and selling homes. Michael Minson
Having lived and worked in Bernal Heights for the past 12+ years, Michael understands the dynamic richness of our neighborhood like few others can. He knows where the best hidden parks, gardens, slides and views can be found and he honors the eclectic mix of people, places and structures, both old and new, that make Bernal the neighborhood where everyone wants to live. Before launching KW San Francisco with his partners, he was a senior agent at Climb Real Estate and Zephyr Real Estate. He earned his MBA from San Francisco’s Golden Gate University in Operations Management and his Management and Marketing undergraduate degree from UNC Greensboro.
As a member of the Board of Directors for the Bernal Heights Neighborhood Center Housing Committee, the Past President of the Bernal Business Alliance, and sponsor of the Bernal Heights Outdoor Cinema, he is well connected in how the neighborhood works and especially understands how our dynamic real estate trends affect the community. Michael is passionate about helping people reach their goals and level up their lives. Before jumping head first into real estate in 2003, he led a highly successful career as a Project/Program Manager at Bay Area tech companies including Autodesk, Adobe, Macromedia, Pay by Touch and Eidos Interactive.
He is the Owner and Senior Listing Specialist of the Level Up Group and a partner in multiple Bay Area Keller Williams Market Centers (San Francisco, Oakland and Napa). He and his team have helped hundreds of families navigate the complexities of Bay Area real estate with much success, integrity and commitment. He lives on Esmeralda Ave with his husband, Phillip Cannon and his two Boston Terriers, Cooper and Pepper.
